Dear Heavenly Father,

I pray for the Strategic Planning and Development team as they seek Your guidance for GLDI as they build this college according to Your divine purpose. Grant them a sharp focus on Your vision for higher education and the faithfulness to see it through. As this mission gains momentum, send us the right people: individuals fueled by passion and equipped with the expertise to lead and innovate. We pray for a team dynamic where members sharpen and sustain one another, creating a culture of excellence and accountability. May every heart and mind stay aligned with Your standards in every thought and action. As they spearhead this strategic planning, remain with them so they may lead exemplary personal lives as men and women of character to be models for the students. Grant them the tenacity to complete every task necessary to accomplish the mission and bless them and their families with the health and strength to do Your will.
