Dear Heavenly Father,

I pray for our administrative team. As they bring their diverse skillsets and unique talents to GLDI, grant them a positive spirit that elevates the entire team. Allow each member to contribute in a collective way, functioning together as one body and one mind. Bring forth their individuality and personality to create a team that breathes life into this ministry as they work toward our common vision. May they be a source of joy and warmth, greeting everyone who walks through our doors with a sincere smile. As the gatekeepers and faces of our campus, use them to make a lasting, Christ-like impression on students and visitors alike. Give them a spirit of excellence and an attention to detail that stewards resources well. Help them to cultivate a ‘one-team’ culture that binds the community together in unity and purpose.
