PRAYER GUIDE FOR GLDI

Leadership & Governance

President – Pray for the President to have a heart of obedience and strategic prowess as he spearheads the founding of the college. He is asked to be a servant-leader with the resolve to raise Christ-like statesmen and women.

Provost – Pray for securing a Chief Academic Officer of high integrity who can orchestrate interdisciplinary education, maintain a biblical worldview, sense the essential academic needs of students, and lead the faculty by example.

Dean of Student Affairs – Pray for a compassionate role model to mentor and disciple students as a parent figure who will foster a campus culture of trust, fellowship, and total submission to Christ.

Board of Trustees – Ask for wisdom and long-term vision for the board members as they provide foundational oversight and governance. Pray for unity, humility, and integrity in their critical decision-making for the college’s sustainability.

Academic & Operational Excellence

Department Chairpersons – Pray for faithful Christian leaders experienced in Government, Economics, and Education to design innovative curricula integrated with a biblical worldview. Ask that they can shepherd their faculty with grace and lead their departments with Kingdom-focused passion.

Strategic Planning & Development Team – Pray for a team equipped with the expertise and tenacity to build the college according to God’s divine purpose. Ask for a culture of excellence, accountability, and alignment with God’s standards.

Faculty – Pray for educators who possess both academic mastery and the spiritual depth to shepherd student hearts. Ask that their classrooms be places of “holy curiosity” where scholarship and faith belong together.

Accreditation/Compliance Officer – Pray for a detail-oriented leader to serve as a bridge between visionary goals and rigorous academic standards. Ask for someone who can execute and ensure that every institutional policy reflects integrity and a trusted foundation for the future.

Campus Community & Mission Support

Administrative Staff/Team – Ask for a unified team of “gatekeepers” who greet every visitor with a Christ-like impression and a sincere smile. Pray for a “one-team” culture marked by joy, excellence, and careful stewardship of resources.

Students/Candidates – Pray for a “divine alignment” to attract students who desire to optimize their God-given talents for His glory. Ask that GLDI be a place where their calling is amplified and their leadership is refined.

Partner Institutions – Pray for building a collective “one body” of schools, churches, and organizations to equip the next generation. Ask for unity, mutual respect, and collaborative wisdom among all partnering entities.

Donors – Pray for supporters who truly share the vision of GLDI and find joy in investing their wealth into Kingdom leadership. Ask for a relationship of mutual encouragement and blessing over the donors’ own lives and ministries.

Campus Facilities & Infrastructure – Pray for the resources to build state-of-the-art structures, including dorms and faculty housing, that reflect God’s beauty. Ask for enticing environments and modern technology that inspire and recruit future leaders.
